Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Project through all phases Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling & Closing.
• Act as a focal point of communication with the Customer & other stakeholders.
• Assign work packages to team members.
• Define risks and issues early on in the project and throughout project life cycle.
• Define critical success factors and deliverable of the project.
• Successful completion of project.
• Proper implementation of methodology in a rationale manner. Use of common sense.
• Coordinating with Account Management, Product Management, and Services team for project management related tasks at proposals preparation phase.
• Plan project activities, deliverable & risk responses, in coordination with Delivery teams.
• Control project scope, budget, stakeholders & duration through execution & up to closure.
• Determine variations from plan & take corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction.
• Identify Risks early on in project & plan project execution accounting for occurrences of defined risks and easy adaptation to new ones.
• Iteratively check occurrence of identified risks & new ones.
• Reach official agreement with Customer on project deliverables & scope of work.
• Define Acceptance Criteria & achieve Customer buy in.
• Ensure coordination with Stakeholders during project estimation phase.
• Ensure all Project Deliverables follow customer-related STS principles & Standards.
• Set Clear Lines of communication & reporting mechanism with stakeholders involved in Project.
• Completion of project on time, within budget, and at an acceptable level of quality.
• Ensure proper archiving of project records, documents & deliverables for later retrieval.
• Prepare and present projects status regularly.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS or any field related to IT

• 7+ Years of experience
• Experience managing hardware / Software projects
• Experience in Managed Services or/and Cloud projects is a plus
• Agile project Management Methodology
• PMP certificate
• Excellent Communication, negotiation, and leadership Skills
• Excellent command in English and Arabic
