Project Manager - Technical Projects in the Defense Industry

Boresight and Alignment Solutions AS is hiring a Project Manager to lead multiple projects, including both standard system deliveries and new developments. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute projects on schedule and within budget.

All projects shall be executed according to the company's ISO 9001 quality management system.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects from contract initiation through client handover
• Manage budgets, procurement, assembly, testing, verification, and final delivery
• Organize and facilitate project meetings
• Coordinate resources and schedules with other Project Managers
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and ensure supplier follow-up
• Occasional travel required, including potential international assignments
• Participate in the tender phase

Boresight and Alignment Solutions is an international corporation, and all documentation is done in English.

Qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience of effective collaboration within project teams, preferably with package or project management experience
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
• Strong grasp of technical concepts
• Defense industry experience
• Experience with managing suppliers throughout the procurement process is beneficial
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods is advantageous
• Driver's License
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written
• As a person you are self-motivated, ambitious and team-oriented
