Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and budgeting all aspects of the construction process.

Job Responsibility:
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Obtain and manage all necessary permits and licenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Manage and lead a team of construction professionals

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
