Job Description

Job Summary:
The Construction Manager - Facade will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction of building facades, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise the construction of building facades from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and construction methods
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience working as a Construction Manager on facade projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes related to building facades
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
