Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review project plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Manage and maintain project budgets
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of building codes, safety guidelines, and regulations
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
