Based in Leeds or London, we're seeking a Head of Programme and Project Management who will be accountable for driving the delivery of evoke's most strategically significant and complex programmes, ensuring initiatives move from intent to execution and realise tangible business value.

You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy across the enterprise portfolio, taking direct ownership of priority or at-risk programmes, establishing clear delivery plans, and maintaining grip over scope, dependencies, risk and outcomes.

What you will be doing:

• Accountable for driving delivery of evoke's most strategically significant and complex programmes, ensuring initiatives move from intent to execution
• Taking direct ownership of priority or at-risk programmes, establishing clear delivery plans
• Maintaining grip over scope, dependencies, risk and outcomes
• Working closely with executive sponsors, Strategic Programme Directors and Senior Programme Managers, you'll translate strategic objectives into executable programmes
• Providing governance. You'll challenge and intervene decisively where delivery confidence is compromised
• Leading and developing a high-performing pool of Project Managers, ensuring delivery capability is deployed to the areas of greatest enterprise need, standards are applied consistently, and delivery quality improves over time.

• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programmes with enterprise-level impact in complex organisations with an excellent command of programme and project governance, benefits realisation, risk management and dependency control
• Demonstrable ability to recover or stabilise challenged initiatives and re-establish delivery confidence with experience operating across Agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery environments, applying pragmatism over dogma
• High level of commercial and financial acumen, including managing programme budgets and value tracking with credibility with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, you'll have confidence to challenge constructively
• Experience leading, mentoring and quality-assuring project managers within a shared delivery or portfolio model.
