About the Role:
We are seeking a Site Manager/Project Manager to lead on-site supervision and EPC contractor coordination for a major SWRO desalination project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations, construction supervision, and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with EPC contract, specifications, quality, and HSE standards.
• Drive schedule reporting, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 12-15+ years in water/desalination/industrial infrastructure projects.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Minimum 5 years in similar project environment; UAE experience preferred.
