We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver information technology projects for government agencies and large organizations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in compliance with local regulations and standards.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Saudi government agencies.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi governmental standards, policies, and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and documentation in both Arabic and English.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party deliverables.
• Ensure proper project documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover upon project completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing information technology projects for Saudi agencies or organizations.
• PMP certification (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analysis, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and large-scale IT initiatives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in regulated or government environments is highly preferred.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working on digital transformation or government IT programs.
• Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and government frameworks.
