The Project Manager drives the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects, ensuring they meet requirements, timelines, and budgets. They safeguard delivery excellence by coordinating resources, managing risks, and facilitating cross-team communication. This role maximizes client satisfaction and contributes directly to agency profitability.
The Project Manager works closely with the Team Lead, who is responsible for resource allocation, HR, and strategic client alignment. This collaboration ensures focus: the Project Manager secures smooth operational delivery, contributing directly to client success and agency profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Manage client communication on progress, planning, and deliverables.
• Track budgets and project financials at a detailed level.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and post-mortems are completed.

Skills & Experience / Success Metrics

• Proven experience within e-commerce, web development, or digital agency projects.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall and tools like Jira, Asana, Trello.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Success measured by on-time/on-budget delivery, growing client satisfaction, risk management and smooth team collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and support teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborates closely with developers, UX/UI designers, technical consultants, finance and account managers.
• Provides input on resource capacity, pipeline forecasting and process improvements.
• Reports to the Team Lead for daily project progress and to the Managing Director for oversight.
