Ready to deliver projects that really move things forward?

Join Evri as a Project Manager and help shape how parcels - and possibilities - move across the UK.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bringing clarity to complexity and love working with people at every level of a business, this could be your next great move.

What you'll be doing

As a Project Manager at Evri, you'll play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of projects that create real business impact. You'll lead initiatives from concept to delivery - sometimes joining at initiation, other times stepping into projects already underway - keeping things moving while maintaining a strong focus on quality, cost, time and benefits.

You'll work in a hybrid way, primarily from home with occasional collaboration in Morley, Leeds, and the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. Occasional travel will be required as projects demand, giving you exposure to different teams and parts of the business. To support this, we're ideally looking for candidates within a 90-minute commute of Morley.

Working across IT, Operations and Change, you'll confidently switch between different types and sizes of projects, building strong relationships and keeping diverse stakeholders aligned toward shared goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a portfolio of small, medium and large projects to agreed cost, quality, time and benefit targets
  • Plan, manage and control delivery using core project management practices, including plans, RAID and budgets
  • Work collaboratively across IT, Operations and wider business functions to deliver joined-up outcomes
  • Engage, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and execs
  • Provide clear, concise reporting on progress, risks, issues and financials in a busy, fast-moving environment

Interested? Here's what you'll need to be successful
  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager, delivering projects end-to-end
  • Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment, with the flexibility to join projects at any stage
  • Experience managing a portfolio of work, across a mix of project sizes and complexities
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions such as IT and Operations (industry experience is helpful, but not essential)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working up to exec level

At Evri, we know we only grow if our people do too. That's why we're committed to building a truly inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can bring - and be - their whole authentic selves. We're on a journey to better represent the customers we serve around the UK. We're committed to removing barriers and ensure that each person at Evri is valued for who they are, and what they bring to our business

We are Evri. Where everyone is welcome

We're excited for the future. Let's deliver it together.
