We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to support the delivery of projects through effective coordination of events, finances, communications, and administration. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work across multiple workstreams.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £20.77 per hour + holiday pay

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to support the delivery of projects through effective coordination of events, finances, communications, and administration. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work across multiple workstreams.

Key Duties:
- Coordinate travel planning, including flights, accommodation, visa requirements and vaccinations, and liaise with travel providers for urgent support
- Organise events, including room bookings, catering and logistics
- Manage financial administration, including credit card reconciliations, collecting invoices, raising purchase orders, and coordinating with University finance systems
- Ensure timely receipt of monthly transaction lists from project partners
- Maintain a central repository of contracts, track expiry or amendment dates, and flag required updates to senior colleagues
- Manage website content, including updating publications, events, blogs and news items
- Support internal communications activity, including contributing to the development of a newsletter
- Arrange meetings, manage agendas, distribute notes promptly, and maintain the team meeting schedule
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience handling financial administration and working with finance systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence managing websites or digital content
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
