AVK-SEG is a leading global provider of power generation and energy solutions, specialising in complex, mission-critical environments such as data centres. Due to securing a series of exciting new projects, to deliver Power Generation Infrastructure into Data Centers in Europe, we are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to take the on-premises lead for a new client-site in The Netherlands.

This role will provide essential on-site leadership across large-scale generator installation and commissioning projects, including partnering with sub-contractors, and client, and inter-company cross-functional teams to deliver 50+ generator units.

Main Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations and project execution
• Manage AVK suppliers, subcontractors, site access and permitting
• Coordinate commissioning activities, including SAT/FAT, tagging, testing and system acceptance
• Develop and manage site-specific commissioning plans and schedules
• Attend and lead client and supplier meetings, providing clear progress reporting
• Oversee testing, verification, snagging and final handover activities
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, industry standards and client requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and technical submissions
• Liaise with commissioning teams to ensure seamless delivery and system performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Project Manager within power generation, data centres or mission-critical MEP environments
• Good knowledge of power generation systems, commissioning processes and site management
• Experience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors and commissioning teams
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Safety-focused with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance
