Job Description

The Human Resources team based in Paris (75008), FRANCE, is looking for a dynamic, methodical, autonomous, organized and talented HR - Project manager who thrives on the challenge of working in a fast-moving international environment with a passion for people management and the digital HR world!

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of local requirements and business goals, and be able to transform them into meaningful actions. We are looking for someone adaptable, with strategic thinking skills, the ability to execute plans effectively, and a collaborative nature to work across diverse teams and situations.

In this new role, we are seeking a talent with solid experience in project management, innovation, and the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform the HR landscape.

The Oracle HR team is leading the charge in digital transformation, leveraging innovative technologies to revolutionize how they operate. As the industry adapts to changing dynamics, the team must navigate through emerging challenges, focused on building a more robust structure and fostering seamless communication with global colleagues to deliver exceptional HR services and support. This strategic shift will contribute to Oracle's success in attracting and retaining top talent in a highly competitive market.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our HR projects and support Managers with HR's initiatives.

Job Details:
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring a presence in the Paris office for three days per week.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Keep HR projects on track: monitor timelines, budgets, and progress, tackling issues or risks as they come up.
  • Deal with complex project governance with group and regional stakeholders.
  • Transform HR Digitally: from launch to finish line, Support HR digital transformation projects, whether it's optimizing HR processes, new solutions implementations, upgrades or integrations.
  • Advise management on legal and HR aspects.
  • Manage employee relations issues and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Participate in designing HR manager programs in alignment with the global HR strategy.
  • Participate in the development of HR initiatives and programs.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in law (specializing in Labour Law), Labour/Industrial Relations, or a closely related discipline.
  • Knowledge of French Social Law: A strong understanding of French social legislation is essential.
  • Professional experience: 3+ years of combined experience in human resources, employee relations within a complex international matrix organization.
  • Project management expertise: Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented: Ability to focus on details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Collaborative spirit: A team player with a positive attitude, who can effectively collaborate across different teams and cultures.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) at the C1 level or above.
  • Organizational skills: Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities are a must.
  • Personal attributes: Self-motivated, confident, and solutions-driven individual with a growth mindset.
