Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software projects (SAP, Workday, Oracle)
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and external vendors
• Oversee system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing
• Develop project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage project budgets ranging from €300,000 to €800,000
• Coordinate with C-level stakeholders and department heads
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Proven track record with ERP/payroll system implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong vendor management skills
