Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Manager specializing in Fitout projects to oversee and manage various fitout construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
1. Manage and oversee fitout construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
2. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Monitor and report project progress, identifying any issues or delays and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
4. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
5. Manage project budgets, review cost reports, and control project expenditures.
6. Supervise project teams and provide leadership and guidance to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Construction Manager in fitout projects.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
4. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
