The role
We're looking for a Creative Project Manager (9-Month FTC) to assist the Brand team, a pivotal role responsible for driving the successful delivery of a large creative project from brief to launch. Sitting at the intersection of brand, marketing, product and production, you'll partner closely with creatives, marketers, and stakeholders across the business to deliver a significant milestone across the Numan brand and all its touchpoints - delivered on time and to a high standard.
Reporting to the Brand Director, you'll own creative project timelines, scope, and delivery, acting as the central point of coordination to ensure clarity, momentum, and accountability throughout the creative process. This role is essential in enabling our creative team to do their best work while meeting business goals, regulatory requirements, and deadlines.

This role is essential in enabling our creative team to do their best work while meeting business goals, regulatory requirements, and deadlines.
You'll be:
- Managing end-to-end delivery of creative projects across brand, marketing, product, and health verticals, from briefing through to final delivery.
- Partnering with stakeholders to shape clear, actionable creative briefs, ensuring objectives, timelines, and requirements are aligned from the outset.
- Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changes in scope.
- Coordinating day-to-day workflows for designers, writers, and freelancers, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for project status, providing clear updates and managing expectations across teams.
- Ensuring creative output is delivered on brand, on brief, and compliant by coordinating feedback and approvals across brand, legal, and medical review processes.
- Supporting production delivery for larger projects such as photoshoots, video shoots, and campaigns, including timelines, suppliers, and budgets.
- Helping to continuously improve creative ways of working by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to better processes, tools, and documentation.
- Supporting asset handover, version control, and final delivery to ensure work is ready for launch across all channels.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a Creative Project Manager, Marketing Project Manager, or similar role within a brand, agency, or fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Strong experience managing creative projects across multiple channels (digital, social, paid media, OOH, print).
- Confidence working with creative teams, balancing creative quality with timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate clearly, manage feedback, and keep projects moving forward.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Notion, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- High attention to detail, particularly when managing approvals, compliance requirements, and final deliverables.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a calm, collaborative approach to problem-solving

- Exposure to production workflows (video, photography, motion).
- Experience working with freelancers or external creative partners.
