Are you a Project Co-ordinator looking for the next step in your career? Have you recently gained or are working towards a Project Manager qualification? If so, then this position at Kappture could be the one for you.
About the Role
The Project Manager is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of EPOS and technology projects in high-pressure, time-sensitive delivery environments. This role operates across fixed go-lives, matchdays and peak trading periods where delivery quality directly impacts revenue, customer experience and reputation.
Working closely with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and customers, the Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, on scope, on budget and to agreed quality standards, balancing operational intensity with commercial accountability. This role demands proactive risk management, decisive stakeholder engagement and a disciplined oversight of delivery resources.
This is an operational delivery role with significant accountability: the Project Manager will take ownership of projects, make day-to-day delivery decisions and act with a commercial mindset, whilst reporting to the Head of Projects.
What you'll need
In addition to the experience outlined below, you will need to demonstrate that you are highly adaptable, a confident communicator and show a willingness to learn new things.
Experience:-
Delivering technology or service-based projects in a fast-paced environment.
Managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
Coordinating third-party suppliers or subcontractors.
Use of project tracking or collaboration tools (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet, Microsoft Projects).
Exposure to installations, deployments, or field-based delivery (desirable).
Exposure to commercial decision-making and revenue protection in project delivery (desirable).
The recruitment process will involve an introductory telephone interview with our HR team, followed by an interview with our Programme Manager on 3 or 10 February 2026. We are hoping that the person we select will be able to start mid to late March 2026, but we will consider an earlier start date.
