In 2026 we're building on improving our presence in field and event marketing and brand activations throughout the Benelux. To realize this, we are looking for a Project Manager Marketing (maternity cover) to join our team.

The primary objective of this job is to conceptualize, brief, and organize events and field marketing campaigns that allow potential customers to experience our product and/or our brand in new enticing ways. The goal is to build brand awareness and consideration via brand activation campaigns in high-traffic locations.

We are looking for great project management skills, go-getters who like to work independently, leaders who can execute our field marketing plan for this year in collaboration with 3rd parties. Next to that, you will be working on strategically improving our campaigns and identifying new opportunities.

Within this role, you are working in close contact with our colleagues from the Growth Marketing and Brand Marketing team based in Amsterdam, and the Global Marketing team in Berlin.

  • Start date: March/April

  • Hours per week: 32-40 hours
  • On-site presence: 50% of the time
  • Suggested team days: Monday & Friday

What you'll do: The recipe
  • Serving as the Interim Project Manager for brand activations and field marketing campaigns in the Benelux region.
  • Managing field marketing events from A to Z, where you will:
    • Identify, select and reach out to new suitable events or locations to promote our product;
    • Work in collaboration with our 3rd parties to realize location bookings, stand materials and staffing;
    • Create briefings for our brand ambassadors, and set up a clear activation plan for your campaigns;
    • Monitor and report on all campaigns.
  • Managing your budgets efficiently to reach your monthly targets.
  • Acting as a strategic sparring partner for leadership to define direction and identify major scaling opportunities for our field marketing channel.

What you'll bring: The ingredients
  • You have 5+ years of working experience in field marketing, brand activations or event management,
  • You have a strong understanding of the event landscape, including recent industry trends and knowledge of the Benelux region,
  • You have an organizational super talent and love juggling different projects at the same time,
  • You have strong relationship management skills,
  • As a strong communicator, you are not afraid to propose new ideas and challenge the status-quo in order to drive new customers' acquisition for HelloFresh,
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus,
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree.
