The What...

As Director of Procurement & Supply Chain, you'll lead and optimise end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations across the UK business and, where appropriate, the wider group. Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the Managing Director, Operating Board, and senior leaders, you'll ensure we have reliable access to high-quality products and services while driving cost efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.

Working closely with the Product Director, Operations Director, and other Heads of Department, you'll align procurement and supply chain capabilities with Hollywood Bowl's broader strategic objectives - supporting growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

To be a successful Director of Procurement & Supply Chain we'll want to see:

Procurement Strategy & Execution

• Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned to business goals
• Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, and onboarding
• Negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Track and manage contracts, ensuring suppliers meet agreed terms and SLAs

Supply Chain Management

• Work closely with key suppliers
• Improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness
• Create forecasting and supply risk management
• Develop adaptable forecasting models and par-level systems to meet needs

Leadership & Development

• Build a consistent approach to procurement across the business
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability

• Report on key procurement and supply chain initiatives
