Project Manager - Capital Delivery Service

One of the largest in-house Capital Delivery teams in local government, the service delivers a wide range of capital building and infrastructure projects and programmes. These range from minor capital maintenance works to major new builds and area regeneration schemes. These range in value from £100k to £50m.

Initial assessment will be based on the standard application form considering your relevant skills, knowledge and experience. If selected for interview, this will be combined with a technical assessment and presentation.

Essential Qualifications

• Post holders will be APMP or Prince 2 qualified; OR, Substantial experience (minimum 3 years) of successful project management in a multidisciplinary or construction context.
• Post holders will be members of the Association of Project Managers OR be willing to work towards achieving this

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
