Health & Safety Leadership
  • Work with our H&S team to produce RAMS and essential reports (daily briefings, structural sign-offs, permits to lift, fall protection verification)
  • Support incident investigations and liaise with venue/client H&S representatives
  • Ensure RAMS are read, understood, and signed by all crew
  • Deliver daily safety briefings and site activity updates
  • Enforce PPE compliance and safe working practices at all times
  • Lead with vigilance-identifying risks, monitoring crew wellbeing, and maintaining a safe work environment

What You Will Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Excellent leadership and crew management capabilities
  • Clear, confident communication and people skills
  • Experience delivering large-scale venue or stadium builds
  • Ability to make fast, sound decisions under pressure
  • Solid organisational and resource management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and internationally
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and basic IT systems

  • Leads by example with professionalism and integrity
  • Prioritises safety above all else
  • Takes ownership of tasks, deadlines, and crew performance
