Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in residential, F&B, or retail fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle-from design coordination and procurement, through execution and handover-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the full execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and validate drawings, BOQs, materials, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, variations, and value engineering.
• Prepare and track project progress reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Resolve technical issues, manage risks, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure timely delivery of work packages.
• Ensure full adherence to HSE requirements and local authority standards (DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.).
• Lead project handover process including snagging, final documentation, and client sign-off.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Proven track record delivering residential, F&B, or retail fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, fit-out methodologies, materials, and authority procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD review, and other project management tools.
• Strong commercial awareness and budgeting skills.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
