Your tasks

• Ensuring successful project implementation 'on time' and 'within budget' for new installations and after-sales projects.
• Coordination of project controlling, including cost monitoring, budget compliance and economic evaluation of project decisions.
• Resource planning, capacity control and prioritisation in a dynamic project environment
• Escalation management for internal and external challenges
• Further development and optimisation of project management processes and interfaces
• Active participation in the design and implementation of change processes within the organisation

Your profile

• University degree or comparable education
• Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the field of intralogistics or mechanical engineering
• Basic project management skills and stakeholder management
• Good methodological skills and proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Project, AutoCAD and Jira
• Experience in the disciplinary management of a team
• Very good communication skills in Italian and English at all hierarchical levels
