Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, 1 year contract (extension possible)
Work authorization: Candidates must have legal right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with overseas data centers, procurement teams, engineering teams and suppliers

Track project milestones, supplier feedback and technical deliverables

Manage renewal timelines for existing data centers and ensure stakeholder alignment

Support evaluation and execution of data center decommissioning plans

Assist with site selection and test project management (planning, execution, safety, QA)

Monitor technical issues related to power, HVAC, and low-voltage systems, especially high-risk topics

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with required quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager in infrastructure or data center environments

Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills

Understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking, facilities)

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Good English communication skills

Ability to work on-site in Frankfurt

Nice-to-have skills:

Experience with global or multi-site data center programs

Engineering background (electrical, mechanical, network, facilities)
