Junior Project Manager (60-80%)

for our office at EPFL Innovation Park in Lausanne (Switzerland).

Your Mission

You are part of a young team responsible for the successful operations of our startup programs, including the independent organization and execution of entrepreneurial workshops and events, from planning and promotion to implementation and controlling. You are the creative and organizational driver interacting with founders, trainers, investors, and ecosystem partners. Your main focus is our 5-day training "Innosuisse Start-up Training", where you are responsible for entrepreneurial workshops in the Romandie. Furthermore, you are supporting university events, workshops with our corporate partners, or the annual TOP 100 Swiss Startup Award.

Expected Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a business-related or technical field (university, ETH/EPFL, university of applied sciences)
• Outgoing and highly motivated personality who likes to get people on board
• Passion for innovation and high-tech entrepreneurship (startup/incubator experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills (promotion, marketing)
• Experience in event management is a plus
• Being able to work in a team as well as independently with partners, universities and students
• Comfortable in a digital environment (office tools, social media, CRM, video conferencing)
• Business fluent in French (native/C2) and English (C1/C2)
• Physical presence in Lausanne required, no remote job applications
