MIGSO-PCUBED is a global consulting firm specializing in project, program, and portfolio management (PMO). We partner with leading organizations across aerospace, automotive, energy, defence, rail, and industrial sectors to deliver complex, high-value projects.

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of complex engineering and industrial projects for our clients. You will work alongside experienced consultants and project leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to best-in-class project management practices while building a strong foundation for a consulting career.

This role is ideal for graduates with an engineering background who are interested in combining technical understanding with project leadership, planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
  • Assist in cost control, risk management, and change management
  • Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or deviations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes
  • Engage with clients on-site or remotely, depending on project needs

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, Aerospace, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in project management, consulting, or PMO environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in structured, fast-paced project environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Prince2)
  • Internship or placement experience in engineering or project roles
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
