- Lead strategic commissioning across a range of victim services to ensure high-quality, evidence-led and effective provision.
- Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of commissioned services, ensuring they are responsive to local needs and aligned with PCC priorities.
- Develop strong partnerships across statutory, voluntary and community sectors to enhance service pathways and outcomes for victims.
- Support organisational sustainability by identifying and developing opportunities for income generation and external funding that complement existing resources.
- Drive innovation, collaboration and system-wide thinking to support service transformation across the sector.
- Represent the OPCC at senior levels, influencing partners and championing the needs and experiences of victims and communities.
What We're Looking For
- A strategic, experienced leader with a strong track record in commissioning, partnership development or service improvement within complex environments.
- Excellent influencing, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across public, voluntary and private sectors.
- An ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive improvement.
- Experience in income generation or external funding is beneficial but not essential.
