We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead mega projects in the Gulf region. This is a high-impact role perfect for a seasoned professional with extensive regional experience and a track record of delivering complex developments.

Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 18 years in construction/project management.
• Contracting background: Must come from a main contractor role with hands-on delivery experience.
• Project type: Extensive experience in high-rise buildings, hotels, or hospitality projects.
• Regional expertise: Proven track record managing GCC megaprojects.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven results: Demonstrable success delivering complex, high-value projects on time and budget.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring schedules, quality, and budgets are met.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders across all phases of high-profile projects.
• Drive strategic planning, risk mitigation, and operational excellence on megaprojects.
• Provide expert guidance on design, execution, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, partners, and senior management.
