The Opportunity

The company is hiring a Project Manager to oversee a mix of London-based projects and a key live project in Oxford. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can balance multiple schemes, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You'll be responsible for running two or more projects concurrently, taking ownership of programme, client communication, and commercial control from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial fit out projects across London and Oxford
• Manage 2+ live projects at any one time
• Develop, manage, and track project programmes
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
• Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partners
• Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Manage project financials including valuations, variations, forecasting, and cost control
• Work closely with senior leadership and the wider delivery team to ensure successful outcomes
• Drive a proactive, solutions-focused approach across all stages of delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
• Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of programming, sequencing, and site delivery
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Solid commercial awareness and experience managing project financials
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid beneficial
