While you will be embedded within the Transformation and Execution team, we are looking for a future leader who can thrive anywhere within CME Group. What You Will Do

As an intern, you will support Agile Program Leaders (APLs) and Project Managers on both "standalone" initiatives and work integrated into our Product Operating Model.

• Facilitate Collaboration: Act as the "connective tissue" between teams to help remove barriers and keep momentum high.
• Operationalise Change: Assist in translating high-level strategy into actionable project documentation and requirements.
• Agile Support: Gain exposure to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) ceremonies and help manage the flow of work within our technology and business streams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with diverse teams across our global offices to align deliverables and monitor progress.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (penultimate year) in Finance, Business, Operations or Tech, or any related discipline. This is an industrial placement, to be taken as the third year of a qualifying degree
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, AI and a quick study on other project management tools.
• Conceptual Awareness: A basic understanding of how projects work (e.g., Agile vs. Waterfall), but more importantly, a desire to see these applied in a real-world corporate setting.

Please note that this Internship will be largely office based in London. You will need to be eligible to work in the UK
