Our tenants and leaseholders are at the heart of everything we do, supporting us as we strive to effectively manage, maintain, and improve the property that is their home.
We are completing several new developments in Islington and Lewisham delivering 200 new homes for social rent, a community centre and estates office. These projects form an integral part of an ambitious programme of building new social housing, estate regeneration, public realm projects, home maintenance, improvements, and refurbishment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, client-side Senior Principal Project Manager to work as part of a team with responsibility for supporting client-side governance, contract management, working effectively with consultants and contractors.
The successful candidate will have Project Management skills together with knowledge and experience of supporting the delivery of new development projects and major works. You will also have excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
Aside from your professional skills, being customer focused and having the right attitude, drive and enthusiasm are also key ingredients for these roles.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as part of the selection process the successful applicant will be required to obtain a standard DBS.
