Job Responsibilities
1.Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.
2.Support statutory reporting and compliance with UK tax, social security, and pension regulations.
3.Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide clear, timely responses.
4.Maintain and update employee records in global HR and payroll systems (e.g., Workday).
5.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other business units to ensure seamless operations.
6.Participate in payroll projects and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2.Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
4.Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets.
5.Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player.
