This temporary role provides dedicated project leadership to accelerate the Group's climate priorities during a maternity leave period. The Project Manager leads a structured set of climate-related workstreams, including the Climate Transition Plan, enhancement of TCFD/CSRD-aligned disclosures, delivery of key Scope 1-3 methodological updates, and coordination of decarbonization initiatives across the Group's Operating Companies. The role ensures timely execution of milestones, high- quality documentation, and clear reporting to senior leadership.

The Project Manager leads a structured set of climate-related workstreams, including the Climate Transition Plan, enhancement of TCFD/CSRD-aligned disclosures, delivery of key Scope 1-3 methodological updates, and coordination of decarbonization initiatives across the Group's Operating Companies. The role ensures timely execution of milestones, high- quality documentation, and clear reporting to senior leadership.
KEY DELIVERABLES
Stage 1 - Assessment, Planning & Mobilization
- Climate transition project plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Gap assessment of current TCFD climate-risk disclosures versus 2026 expectations.
Stage 2 - Climate Transition Plan Development
- Draft of updated Climate Transition Plan aligned to evolving SBTi pathways.
- Decarbonization project tracker with validated subsidiary data.
- Documentation of key assumptions, modeling inputs, and emission-reduction scenarios.
- Interim progress briefing and planning updates for Corporate Responsibility team and key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Stage 3 - TCFD / CSRD Climate-Risk Reporting
- Updated TCFD/CSRD-aligned climate-risk assessment, including transition and physical risks.
- Draft TCFD/CSRD-aligned climate-risk narrative and supporting evidence pack.
- Preparation of materials for climate-risk disclosures.
Stage 4 - Finalization & Handover
- Final Climate Transition Plan and TCFD/CSRD-aligned updates ready for internal approval.
- Clear handover package for returnee, including status tracker, workstream summaries, outstanding decisions, and recommendations.
- ELT briefing pack summarizing outcomes, risks, and next-step actions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project Management & Coordination
- Lead structured project planning, milestone tracking, and reporting across all climate transition and TCFD/CSRD-aligned workstreams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Operating Companies and Group functions.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, ensuring audit-ready and decision-ready outputs.
Climate Transition & Decarbonization Support
- Manage the refresh of the Group's Climate Transition Plan.
- Coordinate validation of decarbonization initiatives and underlying assumptions.
- Support modeling of abatement scenarios and year-on-year progress.
TCFD/CSRD & Climate-Risk Reporting
- Coordinate updates to the TCFD/CSRD-aligned compliant risk assessment and disclosures.
- Work with Risk Management and Finance to ensure alignment with ERM.
- Prepare draft narrative and supporting documentation for CSRD climate-risk sections.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Provide structured updates to senior leadership, including risks, decisions, and progress.
- Engage external climate advisors where needed.
- Ensure transparency, consistency, and traceability across all deliverables.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- 5-7 years of project or program management experience within sustainability, climate, energy, or environmental programs.
- Proficient knowledge of GHG Protocol, TCFD, CSRD, and general SBTi principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and preparing senior-level briefings.
- Solid analytical and documentation skills, with ability to translate technical climate concepts into project tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
