Die OHB System AG sucht am Standort Bremen für eine unbefristete Festeinstellung eine:n
Project Manager / Sub-Project Manager Telecom (m/f/d) - National Constellation

Ihre Aufgaben

• Build, manage, develop, and provide functional leadership to the project team to ensure appropriate team performance
• Organise and conduct regular project meetings
• Act as the main interface and responsible point of contact towards the Program Manager, customers, and suppliers
• Provide regular reporting on the status of the project / sub-project to all relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and control the technical progress, schedule, costs, and quality of the project
• Take responsibility for accurate and timely resource planning for the project in close cooperation with the Project Manager, department and team managers, and the HR Business Partner
• Define the project / sub-project schedule and define as well as implement the budget allocation for the project / sub-project
• Implement the OHB risk management process within the project and carry out regular risk assessments within the project team, including the implementation of risk mitigation measures
• Define and prepare work orders for the operational areas
• Support the project team with operational tasks when required

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. Aerospace Engineering) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a Project Manager / Sub-Project Manager (m/f/d) in another company, or several years of
• professional experience in a technically related position within space projects
• High level of communication and leadership skills combined with assertiveness
• Strong sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new areas of responsibility, strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and an effective as well as independent working style
• Team spirit, flexibility, commitment, and resilience complete your profile
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Relevant knowledge of standard MS Office applications and project management tools (MS Project, Planisware)
• Willingness to travel is required
• Project management certification is an advantage (e.g. IPMA)
