KEY MISSIONS :
To accompany the ongoing Transformation of the Marketing, Communication and Client activities, the CMO office plays a pivotal role in preparing decision making for the CMO on multiple topics and in close collaboration with a wide variety of internal stakeholders. The CMO office is responsible for leading the orchestration of the CMO's numerous internal and external communications, animating different MCC central and local communities, leading the construction and sharing the global MCC strategy and accompanying the CMO and MCC exco in MCC transformative initiatives.
To achieve this mission, the International MCC senior Project Manager works in direct and close collaboration with the CMO Chief of Staff, acting as a key partner and operational support. In this capacity, the International MCC senior project manager is instrumental in leveraging a transversal community within the MCC, designing strategic presentations, drafting speeches for the CMO, and actively contributing to the coordination and follow-up of strategic projects and executive communications, thereby enabling the Chief of Staff to effectively drive the CMO office's agenda and objectives.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
1/ Support the MCC strategy
- Contribute to the Maison 3-year strategic plan in close collaboration with the CEO and other exco members' offices.
- Prepare key strategic presentations such as the SPCC in collaboration with Marketing and Brand Image Teams.
- Lead the organization of the MCC World Meeting on-site Workshop.
- Support the MCC transformation
2/ Drive and animate a transversal MCC community
- Lead a community of 11 ambassadors to deliver analyses and insights into the Marketing, Communications and Client activities.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the MCC community to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timeline.
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and communication flows for the community.
3/ Support Executive Communication and Strategic Alignment
- Draft and refine key communications (speeches, internal memos, presentations) for the CMO, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across various audiences.
- Prepare comprehensive executive briefs and summaries on strategic topics, market trends, and internal performance to facilitate informed decision-making for the CMO.
- Ensure seamless information flow and coordination between the CMO office, the other departments within MCC and outside MCC with a strong collaboration with the chief of staff to other exco members.
- Manage the agenda and preparation for key executive meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Strategic and Analytical Skills:
- Strategic Steering: Transforming the Maison's vision into concrete action plans (eg: Maison strategic plan).
- Analysis & Synthesis: Processing information and preparing notes (eg: Context & market analysis, Richemont reports, townhall speeches, W&W, WM strategic talk).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify complex issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions.
Interpersonal and Organizational Skills:
- Project Management: Leading projects (eg: WM for the MCC community)
- Cross-functional Community Animation: Acting as a liaison between the CMO's office and the various teams of the Maison (eg: chief of staff of the CEO and other exco member's and the MCC population).
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence diverse stakeholders.
Leadership & Personal Development:
- Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to influence a cross-functional community of 11 members on a multitude of projects without direct hierarchical links (eg: MCC business reviews, Richemont reports, Townhalls, Strategic Plan, World Meeting...).
- Resilience and Agility: Ability to adapt to a sustained pace, manage daily emergencies, and changing priorities in a demanding environment.
- Proactivity & Initiative: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and drive projects forward autonomously.
JOB PROFILE:
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in business consulting, Marketing, Communication or Client areas within an international organization.
- Proven experience in strategic project management, business planning, or consulting, ideally in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
- Strong ability to lead and coordinate complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, both within Cartier and across Richemont.
- Excellent PowerPoint and visual communication skills-able to translate ideas into impactful executive presentations.
- High level of analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic mindset.
- Team player, agile and adaptable personality
- Experience working in an executive office environment or in a role directly supporting senior leadership is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English. French is a significant plus.
