This is a cross-functional role where you will partner with Quality, Operations, Seller Success, Tech, and Finance teams to deliver complex projects spanning robotic testing partnerships, seller quality programs, and marketplace innovation.

You'll lead strategic quality initiatives that transform Back Market's approach to quality assurance, from reactive to predictive. This is a cross-functional role where you will partner with Quality, Operations, Seller Success, Tech, and Finance teams to deliver complex projects spanning robotic testing partnerships, seller quality programs, and marketplace innovation.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):
Strategic Project Leadership
- Own the end-to-end framing and delivery of strategic Quality initiatives that directly impact Back Market's customer promise
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, ensuring alignment with Quality team OKRs and company strategy
Marketplace & Seller Quality Initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve Quality Contact Rate and seller compliance across the marketplace
- Coordinate the rollout of new quality standards, tools, and processes to sellers at scale
- Drive the development and execution of the seller quality knowledge network and best practices library
Robotic Testing & Technology Partnerships
- Manage partnerships with robotic testing providers from scoping through implementation with sellers
- Coordinate pilot programs, track KPIs, and build business cases for scaling successful initiatives
- Liaise between technical teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Align diverse stakeholders (Quality, Operations, Seller Success, Tech, Finance) around project objectives and timelines
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and executive presentations
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools through effective change management and communication
- You have 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, quality, or operations environments
- You have a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within scope
- You have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, seller ecosystems, and quality assurance principles
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority
- You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to build business cases, forecasts, and data-driven recommendations
- You are fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with the refurbished electronics industry, circular economy, or consumer electronics
- Experience with technology partnerships, vendor management, or robotic/automation projects
- Passion for technology and innovation, with curiosity about new devices, tools, and industry trends
- Comfort presenting to senior leadership and external partners
