Als Projectmanager van Datacenterprojecten neem jij de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw projecten: van eerste overdracht tot en met oplevering. Je weet hoofd- en bijzaken feilloos te onderscheiden en bewaakt continu het overzicht. In een technisch complexe omgeving houd jij focus op de kern van het project en zorg je dat doelen helder blijven en voortgang wordt gerealiseerd. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor zowel klanten als interne specialisten. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende disciplines en durft kritische vragen te stellen wanneer dat nodig is. Je stuurt actief op scope, budget en planning en zorgt dat afspraken duidelijk, realistisch en professioneel worden vastgelegd. Daarmee creëer je rust, voorspelbaarheid en vertrouwen binnen het projectteam én bij de klant.

What we expect from you

Projectmanagement heeft voor jou geen geheimen waardoor je telkens weer op een gestructureerde, actieve en planmatige wijze projecten leidt. Dit doe je niet alleen van achter je bureau, maar ook door project- en klantlocaties te bezoeken en de klant in hun eigen omgeving te spreken. - HBO/WO werk- en denk niveau en bij voorkeur een afgeronde technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als hands-on Projectmanager binnen een technische omgeving. Affiniteit met (nood-) stroom is zeker een pré; - Proactieve, energieke en nieuwsgierige houding; - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal en bij voorkeur ook in de Nederlands taal in woord en geschrift.
