The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Validation Project Manager to join the business on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a really exciting time to come on board, as the company is experiencing significant growth and expansion, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping, and delivering high-impact validation projects. Reporting directly into the QCS Director, the Validation Project Manager will work closely with other highly experienced team members within this business unit, contributing to a collaborative and supportive working environment.

We operate a hybrid working arrangement which allows for some home working, but the successful candidate will be required to work out of either our Godalming or Manchester offices according to our policy when not working at client sites. As a Validation Project Manager, you must be flexible to travel across the UK and stay away mid-week for periods of up to four months during project execution.

Experience & Skills

• Significant experience in the Pharma industry
• Project managed a CQV Project greater than £1m
• Management of a CQV team greater than 4 people
• Expertise in defining and writing high level qualification documentation such as Validation Master Plans, System Impact Assessments, GMP Design Reviews
• Expertise in qualification across cleanrooms, HVAC, utilities, process equipment
• Past responsibility for CQV budgets
• Be actively involved or willing to participate in industry associations such as ISPE, PDA, CCN (contamination control network), PHSS etc
