About the role
UCL is looking for an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Senior Project Manager (Internally known as an OD People Partner) to join our Talent Team on a 6-month fixed-term basis, supporting a critical period of digital transformation and organisational change.
This is a high-impact role within UCL's central Organisational Development function, focused on the implementation and embedding of Thrive, UCL's new digital talent platform, starting with MyAppraisal and expanding to wider talent and career development functionality.
Reporting to the Associate Director of OD (Talent), you will operate as a trusted OD partner, working across a complex and fast-paced environment with senior leaders, HR colleagues, digital teams and external suppliers.

Please note, this is a 6-months fixed term contract offered on a hybrid working basis. You will be required to be onsite at our London Kings Cross office (Bidborough House) up to 2-days per week with additional days onsite when required.

- Supporting strategic engagement and change activity linked to Thrive
- Leading the development of high-quality communications, guidance and resources to build leader and manager capability and support cultural change

- A strong understanding of inclusive and equitable OD practice
