You'll be joining a highly skilled and collaborative OD team at a pivotal moment, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how people are supported, developed and enabled across the organisation.

We offer hybrid working, flexible arrangements where possible, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, values-led organisational change.

About the role

UCL is looking for an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Senior Project Manager (Internally known as an OD People Partner) to join our Talent Team on a 6-month fixed-term basis, supporting a critical period of digital transformation and organisational change.

Reporting to the Associate Director of OD (Talent), you will operate as a trusted OD partner, working across a complex and fast-paced environment with senior leaders, HR colleagues, digital teams and external suppliers.

A key focus of the role will be:
  • Providing oversight and direction to project managers within the Talent Team
  • Supporting strategic engagement and change activity linked to Thrive
  • Leading the development of high-quality communications, guidance and resources to build leader and manager capability and support cultural change
You will bring credibility, confidence and strong judgement, with the ability to influence, challenge and support stakeholders at all levels.

Please note, this is a 6-months fixed term contract offered on a hybrid working basis. You will be required to be onsite at our London Kings Cross office (Bidborough House) up to 2-days per week with additional days onsite when required.
