We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Construction Project Manager.

The role is within Real Estate Services however, one of the main activities is to deliver and lead key project activity in London Metro., Panorama St Pauls and Bank Steet.

In this role you'll:

  • Lead and coordinate construction and project management expertise to translate Business strategic aims into workplace solutions
  • Deliver on physical workplace design within region of responsibility
  • Own and develop the annual capital plan with the Design and Construction Director
  • Liaise with key business stakeholders and colleagues to ensure that projects pass through the governance model and relevant approvals efficiently
  • Provide technical expertise, strategic consultancy to the business and thought leadership, ensuring feasibility of projects and programmes and delivery of real property and commercial benefit to the business unit or region of responsibility
  • Develop complex, inter-dependent programme and/or project plans, partnering with the business to advise on priorities, timing and resources.
  • Coach others to define clear roles and responsibilities, and establish reporting measures and controls focused on time, cost and quality.

To be successful in the role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Extensive experience in real estate development or construction project management
  • Previous role experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Portfolio Oversight role
  • Strong experience working client-side / developer-side on capital projects
  • A consultative mindset with robust business partnering skills
  • A deep understanding of, and networks in, the construction and workplace markets
  • Ability to manage programmes and multiple projects simultaneously with adherence to strict deadlines, budgets and regulatory controls
