Join our Scrum Master Team within the Project Management Office and support agile development standards and processes across Research & Development. You'll work closely with our Scrum Masters and agile software development teams and contribute to change management initiatives and best practice implementation to ensure organizational alignment.

Responsibilities
Join our Scrum Master Team within the Project Management Office and support agile development standards and processes across Research & Development. You'll work closely with our Scrum Masters and agile software development teams and contribute to change management initiatives and best practice implementation to ensure organizational alignment.
- Support the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies within software development teams.
- Assist in the conception, execution and documentation of change management projects and process improvements.
- Gain hands-on experience with the Scrum framework and agile development methodologies.
- Analyze data and key metrics to create documentation and dashboards that support project transparency.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and help facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Support onboarding of new team members into the Scrum process, ensuring smooth integration into team workflows.
Requirements
- Enrolled student at a university or college in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different areas of the company.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge in agile software development, project management, Jira and confluence is a plus.
- Good MS Office knowledge, Jira and Confluence is a plus

- €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract
- €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract
- €1,400 for a full-time internship position
