JOB SUMMARY

Position title: Associate Construction Project Manager
Reports to: UK Construction Project Manager

The Associate Construction Project Manager plays a key role in bringing JOE & THE JUICE stores to life, supporting the planning and delivery of new builds, renovations, and remodels across the UK. Working closely with the Construction Project Manager, Global Growth team, and local partners-including landlords, architects, and contractors-you'll help ensure projects open on time, stay within budget, and meet our brand and quality standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys seeing projects through from early planning to store opening. You'll stay on top of details, manage priorities, and keep momentum strong-making sure nothing falls through the cracks. A true team player, you're comfortable jumping in on-site, collaborating behind the scenes, and adapting quickly as challenges come up, all while keeping projects moving forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination & Support:

• Assist in managing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Support schedule development, tracking milestones, and reporting progress.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendors.
• Help ensure projects meet JOE & THE JUICE brand, design, and operational standards.
• Support with the management of the overall UK growth program in terms of updating and communications.

Budget & Cost Control:

• Support budget planning and ensure proper monitoring of project costs.
• Track change orders, invoices, and overall financial commitments.
• Highlight variances or risks and recommend corrective actions to stay on budget

Site & Field Support:

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Help resolve on-site issues, snags, variations and defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and permits.

Documentation & Administration:

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, contracts, and schedules.
• Assist with permit tracking and inspections.
• Support closeout documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Design, Real Estate, and Facilities.
• Support store opening timelines and handoff to operations teams.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.

Key Performance Indicators

• Delivery of all projects in line with brand standards, agreed timelines, and approved budgets
• Clear, proactive communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth project delivery
• Strong ownership of project planning, execution, and follow-through to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
