Job Introduction

Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning are recruiting aProject Manager to join our Health and Adult Services workforce in the Ageing Well, Home First and Early Help Team, supporting transformation and redesign of our care and support services.

This role is a Fixed-term contract for 24 months.

We are looking for a strong candidate tomanage a project to design, commission and mobilise our home based care andsupportservicesto align with local and national priorities including the development of integrated neighbourhood teams tosupportour aspirations to prevent, reduce and delay care andsupportneeds.

Among various other duties, the postholder will be responsible for engaging collaboratively in line with our commissioning approach, working closely with the market, residents, and system-wide colleagues to drive transformational change through outcome-based commissioning and market management.

The candidate willwork collaborativelywith local people and providers to maximise value for money across the social, environmental, and economic bottom line. They will also work with partners to benchmark transformational change against local, national, and international best practice, ensuring that work is executed promptly and meets the highest quality standards.
