Title: Assistant Project Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 35 Hours
Salary: £38,185 - £42,417 per annum dependent on experience
Grade:7 (Development & Sales - London)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Reporting Office: West Ham Lane, Stratford, E15
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Your impact in the role:
Subject to workload, you may also take responsibility for managing and delivering schemes with support from Project Managers and Development Managers.
We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated, and talented individuals who are keen to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a support role within a project management environment, specifically in the built environment or housing sector. A strong understanding of teamwork and clear communication is highly advantageous, along with an aptitude for data management and organisation.
Through mentoring and one-to-one training, this role offers the opportunity to further develop your skills and progress your career in the built environment. We work as a close-knit team and are therefore looking for individuals who not only have the desire to succeed but who also embody and live our values.
You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery and internal reporting functions for contracted projects, ensuring a focused approach to achieving excellence in quality and customer satisfaction, while meeting L&Q's objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to work effectively with internal colleagues across L&Q, as well as with customers and external partners. Your ability to work collaboratively will be critical to your success.
