Your seat to fill:

• You act as a central point of contact for the Heads, handling correspondence, prioritizing requests, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
• You provide direct executive assistance to the Heads, including preparation of agendas and presentations
• You prepare and carry out customer visits to the Bayreuth Campus
• You will support upcoming product launches and/or company events, including the quality of the showroom
• You are jointly responsible for creating guidelines and keeping them up to date
• You research and act as an interface to various suppliers and carry out supplier comparisons

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on marketing
• You have good knowledge of MS Office
• You have very good spoken and written German and English skills
• You have a driver's license
• You have a hands-on mentality, high motivation and have excellent communication skills
• Your understanding of lifestyle and design characterizes you
• You are a structured, detail-oriented and can work independently
• Service mentality, organizational skills
