Senior Automation Project Manager - Lead Programme Delivery That Shapes the Future of Evri

Ready to drive high-impact automation programmes that transform how a major UK business works?
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at orchestrating complex projects and love enabling teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes, this role puts you right at the centre of Evri's automation transformation.

This position is remote-first, with occasional travel to Morley, Leeds for key collaboration sessions and programme events.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Automation Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strategic automation outcomes that drive real business value. Your role ensures that every project in the automation programme delivers to the agreed quality standards, within cost and time constraints, and ultimately achieves its intended benefits.

You'll coordinate and manage a connected set of automation initiatives and BAU activities, lead planning and prioritisation discussions, support the development of the programme team, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage a dependent group of automations and BAU activities, ensuring delivery of required outcomes directly or through a team
  • Lead and contribute to the Programme Team, supporting its growth, development and long-term success.
  • Produce and monitor delivery plans, ensuring projects align to time, cost and quality expectations.
  • Facilitate decisions and make recommendations on prioritising project requests within the automation programme.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across all business levels-including executive, senior management, operational teams and IT/Change functions.

Interested? Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Proven experience delivering project outcomes within defined constraints of cost, time and quality.
  • 5+ years project management experience, ideally within complex or multi-stream environments.
  • Strong ability to influence, prioritise and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience producing structured documentation, programme reporting and delivery plans.
  • Ability to coach, guide and support team members, contributing to the growth of the wider Centre of Excellence.
