YOUR MISSION:
As a Security Project Manager, you will join our team as an experienced and proactive professional. In line with the security strategy and objectives defined by Richemont Europe, you will coordinate and manage various physical and operational security projects, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees, assets, and operations. This role requires solid experience in structured corporate environments and a proven ability to manage projects.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Coordinate and manage physical and operational security projects, in line with Richemont Europe's directives.
• Conduct security audits, identifying corrective actions and ensuring compliance with group procedures, local laws, and regulations.
• Supervise the implementation of corrective actions and projects, coordinating the activities of external suppliers.
• Collaborate in the definition and development of Richemont's Security Concepts and technical construction specifications.
• Manage implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects for electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop solutions to mitigate them.
• Plan and coordinate events.
• Manage relationships with security service providers within projects and monitor their performance.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in the security field, with at least 2 years specifically in managing security projects within organized and structured corporate environments.
• Proven Project Management skills, with experience in managing complex security-related projects from conception to implementation. Six Sigma, PRINCE2, PMP certifications are considered a plus.
• ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP) are considered a plus.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with major electronic security systems (CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems).
• Solid experience in defining and implementing protocols and procedures for security incident management, with analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken, to interact effectively in an international context.
• Knowledge of the French language will be considered a plus.
