Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by professionalizing creative operations end-to-end across the global creative team. You will own global creative timelines, processes, and governance frameworks, ensuring that creative outputs are delivered with speed, predictability, and consistent quality.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Own and manage global timelines for all creative team-led projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment from initial briefing through to final delivery.
• Design, implement and continuously optimise creative processes, workflows and ways of working to improve efficiency and scalability across the global creative team.
• Coordinate and manage agency engagement operationally, including briefing flow, timelines, deliverables and alignment with internal processes.
• Track and forecast creative team budgets with full transparency whilst identifying potential risks at an early stage.
• Own and maintain clear approval flows and governance structures for creative outputs to protect quality and ensure brand consistency.
• Support regional teams through comprehensive onboarding and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of global creative processes.

You have the following skills:

• 4-5 years of experience managing retail environment or experiential design projects in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Strong process thinking and structural mindset.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously.
