Ich verantworte die Genehmigungsverfahren für den Neubau des DC-Erdkabelprojektes SuedOstLink im Bereich DC-Onshore einschließlich der genehmigungsseitigen Begleitung der baulichen Umsetzung und bringe so aktiv die Energiewende voran.

Mit meinem Organisationsgeschick und meiner Fähigkeit, Menschen mit überzeugenden Lösungen zu gewinnen, sorgen ich für die effiziente Planung, Steuerung, Koordinierung und Umsetzung dieses Projektes und trage so maßgeblich zu dessen Erfolg bei.

Hier kommt es gleichermaßen auf meine überzeugende und verbindliche Kommunikation (mündlich wie schriftlich) sowie meine Souveränität und Entscheidungsbereitschaft in der Prozesslenkung an. Dabei steuere ich mein Projektteam und zugehörige Dienstleister, habe alle relevanten Termine, Fakten, Kosten sowie Risiken stets vorausschauend im Blick und lasse mich durch kritische Nachfragen, auch im Austausch mit der interessierten Öffentlichkeit, nicht aus der Ruhe bringen.

Ich arbeite in einem engagierten Programmteam, welches mir jederzeit beim Einstieg und zum steten Erfahrungsaustausch über Projektgrenzen hinweg zur Seite steht.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Ich verantworte als Projektleiter*in die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Steuerung der Genehmigungsverfahren (u.a. Planfeststellungs- und -änderungsverfahren und BImSchG) und der Erlangung von Dienstbarkeiten und Grunderwerb zur Erreichung der Projektziele (Zeit, Qualität und Budget),
• Innerhalb meines Genehmigungsprojektes steuere ich mein Projektteam und führe dieses eigenverantwortlich innerhalb des Programms SuedOstLink,
• Zur Koordination und Qualitätssicherung bei der Erstellung der Genehmigungsantrags und -änderungsunterlagen moderiere ich die Durchführung der Verfahren unter Einbindung aller Mitwirkenden (im Programm, im Unternehmen und bei Behörden,=
• Ich berate und unterstütze die bauausführenden Projekte im Programm bei der Umsetzung und Einhaltung und Prüfung der Genehmigungsauflagen,
• Mit kaufmännischem Augenmerk begleite ich Ausschreibungen für Planungsleistungen und anderweitiger Gutachten und steuere diese Partner in der Projektabwicklung,
• Unter Federführung der Programmleitung arbeite ich an strategischen, prozessualen und operativen Themen und Fragestellungen im Programm und Bereich mit.
  
  Meine Kompetenzen:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium einer geeigneten Fachrichtung, z.B. Rechtswissenschaften, Umwelt-, Landschafts-, Stadt- & Raumplanung, Ingenieurwesen oder Geoökologie - die Tür steht aber auch erfahrenen Quereinsteigenden jederzeit offen,
• Mindestens acht Jahre Berufserfahrung in der planungsrechtlichen Begleitung von Genehmigungen und im Zulassungsverfahren großer Infrastrukturprojekte sowie Projektmanagementerfahrung,
• Eine proaktive Arbeitsweise wie auch ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie die Unterstützungsbereitschaft der übergeordneten Programmziele,
• Organisations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Projektmanagementqualitäten,
• Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch (C1),
• Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft.

We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas.
