ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) plays a critical role in ensuring the structured, scalable, and successful delivery of technology-driven projects across ICP's portfolio of client and internal initiatives. With a strong client-facing presence and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, the TPM serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, solution architects, and third-party vendors.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to implement project management standards, governance models, and measurement frameworks for technical engagements.
The role requires knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum), technical literacy across content management and marketing technology ecosystems, and the ability to translate business requirements into executable technical deliverables.
